We are now accepting applications for the 2027 season at an important hotel located in Mali Lošinj, Croatia 🇭🇷🏨

📅 SEASON START

The season is expected to run approximately from April 2027 to October 2027.

🔹 AVAILABLE POSITIONS

🍳 COOK / CHEF

• It is MANDATORY to have a diploma or certificate proving studies related to cooking, gastronomy, culinary arts, or a related field.
• It is MANDATORY to send the diploma or certificate in PDF format together with your CV.
• Good level of English.
• CV must be submitted in English.

👨‍🍳 KITCHEN ASSISTANT

• Formal culinary studies are not required.
• MANDATORY: Previous solid work experience in a professional kitchen.
• Good level of English.
• CV must be submitted in English.

🇭🇷 WORK AND RESIDENCE PERMIT

For selected candidates, the legal work and residence permit in Croatia will be processed in accordance with current Croatian regulations.

📄 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT – CV IN ENGLISH

All candidates must submit an updated CV in English.

Candidates applying for the Cook / Chef position must also attach their relevant diploma or study certificate in PDF format.
