We provide a comprehensive range of supply chain services in our chosen commodities from production, sourcing, storage, delivery to risk management Who we are looking for You have a college or university degree, likely in Finance or Business Administration, and an internationally recognised qualification in Finance (ACA/CA/CPA/CCA/MBA). In addition we expect good post qualification experience in a commercial business environment, ideally in Financial Control, Risk Management and Internal Auditing. It is likely that you have already had some professional experience outside your country of origin and will have developed a comprehensive intercultural awareness. Business fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite. Fluency in an additional language will be highly advantageous. Spanish, Portuguese and French are particularly in demand. We look for strong, ambitious individuals with drive and initiative, strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. Flexibility, adaptability, problem solving skills and strong "hands-on" mentality are a must, coupled with an eagerness to work and live in different and challenging business environments as part of your career. Willingness to relocate on a regular basis during the programme and afterwards is expected. The assignments will include all aspects of financial management focussing on financial control, operations, risk management, physical and future markets and internal audit. Training will be provided throughout the programme focussing on developing technical skills, personal effectiveness and leadership skills. After successful completion of the programme you are likely to be offered a key finance role within one of the Group's operations, aligned to personal strengths and in accordance with the needs of the business and personal aspirations.
